Vir Engg. Junction boxes are weather proof  and of high quality. Boxes can be supplied  with terminals fitted .

Vir Engg. manufacture wall mounted & pole mounted Junction boxes depending upon the  requirement.

Black colour neoprene gasket is fitted inside the cover of Junction boxes to make it weather proof. Covers of boxes are hinged and are fully detachable with hinged pins and boxes fixing is by to bolts/knobs. Earthing is done at the bottom left hand and right hand corner of the base.

Internal stand off strips is provided for terminal mounting, this arrangement allows at lest  15 mm wiring clearance behind terminal  banks. Gland plate is been fitted at the bottom of junction boxes with knock out holes for cable entry. Gland plate is removable and is fitted on the junction boxes with 4 to 6 bolts.  

Information regarding special requirements, or any non-standard feature such as drain plugs, earthing bars, car door type locking handles, special paint finish, etc. is been done as per requirements. Enquiries for the supply of boxes outside the standard range are welcomed and we would be pleased to quote provided duplicate drawings and specification be supplied with the enquiry.
