Orifice  Plates are machined to perfection and maintain accuracy & finish requirements of international standards Viz ISA RP 3.2, ISO R/541, BS 1042, ASME 19.5 . Design consultancy is under taken and Orifice bore calculations are offered as per BS 1024/ASME 19.5/LK SPINK or other Specifications on request.

Specially built up--to-date machinery ensures:
Calibrated bore with burr free sharp-edge.
Smooth ground upstream and downstream faces.
Orifice plate surfaces parallel with a maximum deviation under 0.01" in 1" measured in any direction.
Surface finish of plate equivalent to N.4 of standard ANSI B46.1-1962 for ASTM A 167 material types.
Surface finish equal to SATIN of the international Nickel Company for ASTM-B 127 material types and hastelloy in various grades.

Orifice Plate are manufactured from quality materials Viz AISI 316,AISI 304,AISI 321,monel,hestoloy C.
